Soteria, LLC utilizes the latest version of SolidWorks 3D CAD design software

Our capabilities include design of prototype components via solid models that can be carried over into manufacturing.

Also, reverse engineering can be accomplished with the aid of state-of-the-art CMM technology to measure your component and create a duplicate in CAD; create working drawings; and manufacture a finished component. Raw material is designated by the customer or can be determined via Material Testing Incorporated.

Here at Soteria, our specialty is precision machined components to our customer’s specifications.

Using some of the latest technology in CNC machining, we have the ability to meet the demands of

complex components for all types of industry.

Our metal cutting capabilities utilize multi axis machines for CNC Vertical machining, CNC turning and

Swiss style 7 axis machining. Thus, giving us the ability to take on your most challenging projects.

We have grinding capabilities for precision O.D. Grinding, Centerless Grinding and Surface Grinding.

All of our CNC machining capabilities are complimented by a complete toolroom for conventional

applications.

Our associates are trained to handle components carefully to maintain the aesthetics of each part to make sure your assembly is not only accurately assembled to print, but also looks as appealing as you would expect as a finished product.

Non-Destructive-Testing is a critical requirement for many critical application components.

Soteria has in-house capabilities of NDT for:

• Magnetic Particle Inspection: Per MIL-E-1444
• Fluorescent Penetrant Inspection: Type 1 Fluorescent & Type 2 Visible.

Having these capabilities in-house eliminates the delay of outsourcing services and prolonging lead times. Therefore, giving us the ability to make deliveries on schedule.
